In Feldenkrais® Awareness Through Movement® lessons, you use your attention to learn something about how you move. As you practice, you build self-awareness, recognize your habits, and find new and more expansive ways of moving.

The benefits include pain relief, greater range of motion, and an increased pleasure in the movements of daily life, including walking, bending, reaching, dancing, and more.
