In the same way we get to know ourselves through body-based practices like Feldenkrais, we can get to know ourselves through awareness practices like meditation, contemplation, prayer, and inquiry.

But which one is best for you?

It depends.

One size does not fit all when it comes to contemplative practices.

As a seeker I’ve traveled many paths and met many teachers along the way. I’ve interviewed a number of spiritual luminaries and thinkers—from Adyashanti to Tara Brach to Martha Beck—and I’ve been a student of Zen since 2008.

Even though I call this "meditation coaching," I won’t be teaching you how to meditate in our work together. Instead, I will assist you with your exploration to find the awareness practices that work for you. 

After we identify your personal goals, I will direct you to resources, help you understand new ideas, and be an accountability buddy on your journey.

Cost: $65–$85 sliding scale for a 45-minute session.
